1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all merchants, users, team members, and API clients using Mashroo3.
2. Permitted Messaging and Workflow Use
Mashroo3 may be used for legitimate order operations, including inbound order handling, transactional updates, invoices, payment reminders, and delivery-related communication.
You must comply with applicable messaging platform rules, including Meta/WhatsApp and any upstream provider terms.
3. Anti-Spam Rule (Critical)
You may not use Mashroo3 to send bulk promotional spam, unsolicited campaigns, or mass blasts to customer lists without lawful basis and platform-compliant consent.
- No spam broadcasts to large contact lists.
- No deceptive, abusive, or manipulative messaging behavior.
- No attempts to evade platform limits, quality controls, or policy enforcement.
4. Prohibited Goods and Illegal Activity
You may not use Mashroo3 for illegal, unsafe, or restricted commerce, including:
- Weapons and unlawful hazardous goods.
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances.
- Counterfeit products or intellectual property infringement.
- Fraud, money laundering, or deceptive commercial practices.
5. Platform and Integration Abuse
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Attempts to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt Mashroo3 services.
- Credential sharing intended to bypass account controls.
- Automated abuse that threatens system stability or third-party API access.
6. Enforcement Rights
Pocket Studios may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts immediately to protect legal compliance, platform safety, or third-party integration access.
For material violations (including spam, illegal goods, or policy abuse), termination may be immediate and without refund.
7. Merchant Accountability
You are responsible for your user actions, team actions, and API usage under your workspace. You must maintain internal controls and train your team to use Mashroo3 lawfully.
