Mashroo3 Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs subscription billing, cancellation effects, and post-cancellation data handling.

1. Billing Model

Mashroo3 subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. No Pro-Rated Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable on a prorated basis. If a merchant cancels during an active billing period, no partial refund is issued for unused days.

3. Cancellation Effect

When cancellation is requested, access to paid service features and workspace access ends immediately.

4. Data Deletion After Cancellation

Following cancellation, merchant data and workspace records are deleted immediately in accordance with this policy.

Merchant is responsible for exporting or backing up required records before cancellation.

5. Policy Violations and Termination

Termination due to policy violations (including AUP violations, illegal goods, or abuse) remains non-refundable and may be immediate.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Merchants agree to contact Pocket Studios first for billing issues before initiating payment disputes, where possible. This policy is intended to reduce avoidable chargeback disputes.
